If you simply visit our website, we store browser cookies to track website traffic for our own metrics using Google Analytics 4 ONLY. (Less private Universal Analytics is DISABLED). NO personal information is captured, IP address is anonymized, and we do not participate in the capture of data for cross-marketing.

Your data will only be used to attempt direct communication back to you, as requested. While such information may end up in a freeform text log, it will be used for no additional purposes.

Information you provide in “Sign Up” form

If you share info on our “Sign Up” form, the information you provide in the form will be stored only on our 2-factor authentication (2FA) protected MailChimp account used for maintaining our private subscriber lists. Our list is never shared with any other organization, and is used only for the purpose of communicating relevant MEF info with you.

Your data will only be used for e-mailing periodic updates on our endeavors, other relevant information and event invitations. We use the optional Position and Interests info only for the purpose of more targeted notifications, so as to reduce the number of emails sent to our subscribers. We use your optional first and last name info only for sending more personally addressed emails.

You can Unsubscribe from our list at any time by clicking on the Unsubscribe link contained at the bottom of any Newsletter e-mails we send you. Unsubscribing will remove all information about you, from our MailChimp account.

If you are a registered user with your own site login (e.g. MEF team)

We store the personal information you provide in your user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their own personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email. So we’re only sharing that with you.

If you wish to receive a copy of all personal data, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you

You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you, by deleting your account.
